Crazy Creatures Grüner Veltliner

Grüner Veltliner from multiple sites growing on loess soils rich in limestone, silty sand, and clay. Manual harvest with a delicate, slow pressing of grapes, fermentation with indigenous yeasts and maturation in steel tanks. A cheerful wine with 4 different labels of crazy creatures designed by Michael Malat.

Tasting Note: Aromas of lemon, white peach, pear, apple with white pepper, fresh herb, stone mineral on the nose. Bright & pleasant on the palate with an orchard/citrus fruit core, fresh acidity, hints of stone mineral on the finish.
