Crazy Creatures Rosé

Pinot Noir (70%) and St Laurent (30%) from multiple sites growing on loess soils rich in limestone, silty sand, and clay. Manual harvest with a delicate, slow pressing of grapes, fermentation with indigenous yeasts and maturation in steel tanks. A cheerful wine with 4 different labels of crazy creatures designed by Michael Malat.

Tasting Note: Aromas of raspberry, redcurrant, cherry with hints of flower and spice on the nose. Bright & pleasant on the palate with a red berry fruit core, crisp acidity, rounded texture, fruity on the finish.
