Les Fontenelles Rosé

Cabernet Franc (70%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (30%) from the town of Brossay. Soils are Jurassic flint and clay-limestone rich in iron. Natural ferment with 7 months aged in vats. Minimal sulphur added at bottling only.

Tasting Note: Aromas of candied strawberry, raspberry, red cherry, and cranberry with slight floral tones on the nose. Fresh with ripe red berry fruit on the palate, very fresh with pleasant acidity, medium-bodied, red berry fruit on the finish.
