Saumur Pineau D'Aunis K'Sa Tête

Pineau d’Aunis grape from the lieu-dit L’Enchantoir, where soils are clay/gravel on a green chalk base. 100% destemmed fruit, natural fermentation in concrete vats, aged in barrel for 6 months, bottled in June.

Tasting Note: 2018 - Aromas of cherry, cranberry, and red plum with white pepper, flower, and mushroom on the nose. Bright and cheerful on the palate with a fresh red-fruited core & hints of earth, good acidity, fine tannins, silky texture, and good length on an earthy finish.
