Brewed using Special A Grade Yamadanishiki grown in Tojo village of Hyogo prefecture polished down to a luxurious 35%. Aged in sub-zero temperatures before release, the sake is complex and highly concentrated with notes of Asian pear and stone fruits. Signature characteristics from this brewery include softness on the palate with a voluptuous mouth-feel. There is great aging potential in this Junmai Daiginjo
