Made from top-grade Yamadanishiki rice polished to 45%, grown in the Tojo village of Hyogo Prefecture. Pressed gently in a traditional, “fune press,” which maintains concentration and intensity. Notes of tropical fruit, melon and lychee. Refined, yet powerful, with great acidity and balance. Enjoy chilled in a wine glass.
