Kinmonnishiki milled down to 45%, grown in the village of Kijimadaira in Nagano. Aged a minimum of 1 year in sub-zero temperatures prior to release. A rich sake that is fruity on the nose with good depth and intensity.

The name Seki is taken from the Osawa brothers' great-grandmother who protected the brewery in times of hardship and is a late-release sake to pay respect to their grandfather, who had an interest in aged sake.
