Brewed from Nagano's local Miyamanishiki rice polished to 55% for Kake rice and 50% for Koji rice. Fruity Ginjo notes with smooth mouthfeel and crisp finish. Pairs beautifully with a variety of dishes, such as stewed food, spicy food, or rich Chinese food.
