Yamadanishiki milled down to 60%. A genshu (undiluted) sake that is brewed to have a lower alcohol (approx 13%) once fermented and bottled. A sake with a lemonade-like Ginjo aroma, juicy fruit on the palate with subtle sweetness and good acidity. A versatile sake to pair with a variety of foods. Enjoy slightly chilled or at room temperature
