Tsuyuhakaze rice milled down to 60%, grown locally in the town of Miwa.  A sake with soft ginjo aromas on the nose with a good line of acidity and rice umami on the palate finishing with sharp and dry. Enjoy chilled or warmed to bring out more umami.

Tsuyuhakaze is a sake-specific rice developed in 1962 but had lost popularity in approximately 20 years due to it being hard to grow. Revived in 2001 with the cooperation of the local brewing association, local farmers, the government of Nara, and the Agricultural Association of Nara, and is gaining in popularity in use with the local brewers.
