Brewed 100% with local Tsuyuhakaze rice that is polished down to 60%. Hint of Ginjo aromas on the nose, this Tokubetsu Junmai has plenty of umami and acidity with a sharp, dry finish. Enjoy chilled to enhance sharpness, or warmed to bring out umami/sweetness.
