Junmai Ginjo Inabikari
純米吟醸 いなびかり
Yume Ikkon and Yamadanishiki rice milled down to 50%, grown in Fukuoka. A sake that is rich with notes of ripe fruit and ginjo notes (apple, melon, licorice, sweet rice), the sweetness to the sake is balanced with its fresh acidity, and rice umami notes on the drying finish.
It is said that when it is a year of thunder and lightning, the harvest will be a bountiful one. A seasonal release, the Inabikari name (the Japanese characters are “rice stalk” and “light”) is in dedication to a good harvest each year.
