The most premium sake of Niwa no Uguuisu. The sake has been aged at a chilled temperature. Clean, elegant and refined, a very easy drinking sake to pair with a variety of cuisines. Notes of pear, apples, and lychee on the nose and a soft, glycerol mouth-feel.
