Intens Rosat Brut Nature Gran Reserva

Monastrell (51%), Pinot Noir (36%), Garnacha (13%) from Serral del Vell in the Bitlles Valley. Vines grow on highly calcareous, loamy soils on the upper part and loamy-clay-based soils on the lower part of the vineyard. The deep rosé colour comes from a 6hr maceration of skins and to enhance structure & elegance, 11% of the blend consists of wines aged for 2 months in oak cask. A total of 43 months of ageing on lees in bottles under natural cork, hand riddling, and disgorging done without freezing the bottleneck, zero dosage. 17,000 bottles produced.

Tasting Note: Aromas of blood orange, wild strawberry, red plum, pink grapefruit with clove, chalk mineral, and fresh yeast on the nose. Rich and vinous on the palate with fine, delicate bubbles, a red fruit core, beautifully rounded texture, fresh acidity, a fine layer of tannin, and great length on a spiced finish.
