Terrers Brut Nature Gran Reserva

Macabeu (58%) with Xarel-lo (39%) and Parellada (3%) from multiple vineyards in the Val del Bitlles. Soils are calcareous with a mix of loamy sand, clay and gravel. Vines age 10-40 years. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts primarily in stainless steel, with a small portion of Xarel-lo in oak barrels. Aging on lees for around 45 months in bottles under natural cork, hand-riddled with zero dosage.

Tasting Note: Aromas of ripe apple, pears, lemon, and peach with hints of almond, brioche, and chalk mineral on the nose. Rich on the palate with a juicy orchard and citrus core, a creamy mousse, fresh acidity, very finessed, good length on a spiced finish.
