100+ year old ungrafted Listán Negro with 10% Listán Blanco (aka Palomino) growing on volcanic soils at 350-450m altitude. Vines are trained in the traditional Cordon Trenzado.  Natural fermentation in concrete with some time on skins then in 500L barrels to finish. Aging for 3 months in old 500L barrels.

Tasting Note: The colour in between a red and a rosé. Slight volcanic reduction opens to aromas of cherry, strawberry, plum with hints of spice, white pepper, mint on the nose. Light weight and fresh on the palate with a juicy berry fruit core and earthy/mineral tones, juicy acidity, light fine tannin, salty mineral on the finish. Serve slightly chilled,
