Listan Blanco (95%) with other local grapes to supplement. The fruit is sourced from multiple vineyards in La Orotava Valley. Vines grow on volcanic soil and are ancient, ranging from 50-150 years in age with some still ungrafted. Fermentation with natural yeast in concrete tanks & old French casks, aged on lees in old French casks and foudres.

The name of the wine comes from the traditional vine training method called Cordon Trenzado.
