Vidonia

Listán Blanco (aka Palomino) from 100+ year vines planted on 3 parcels, un-grafted, and trained in Cordon Trenzado. Soils are volcanic with some clay content. Indigenous yeast ferment and aged in large (500L) used French oak barrels for 11 months.

Tasting Note: 2018 - Aromas of lemon, pear with sea salt, flower, fennel on the nose. Rich and deep, medium-bodied on the palate with juicy citrus and orchard fruit core, bright acidity, beautiful texture, refined, long finish with notes of sea salt and stone mineral.
