Videuño

A blend of a lot of grapes (over 25 grapes: 90% red grapes and the rest white grapes) from 2 experimental plots planted on the property 10-20 years ago. Vine age ranges from 10-20 years and grapes include Malvasia Rosada, Negramoll, Vijariego Negro, Laboso Negro, Listan Negro, Tintilla, Albillo Crillo, Verdello and the list goes on. Hand-harvested and whole clusters are fermented in a large bin with indigenous yeast and maturation in a 500L oak barrel for 10 months. Less than 1000 bottles produced.
