Known as the ‘crown’ or ‘pinnacle’ of Tengumai’s sake craftsmanship, this highly polished masterpiece has been aged in bottle for over two years. Mature yet bright on the nose and palate, with tremendous stability and finesse. Subtle notes of Asian pears, great texture and weight.
