Grade A Yamadanishiki milled down to 45%, grown in Hyogo. Made in the Yamahai style that Shata Shuzo is famous for, golden in colour with rice umami and dried fruit notes, fresh acidity, and a rounded texture. Enjoy chilled, room temperature, or even slightly warmed to bring out more umami notes.
