Moscato D’Asti La Serra

Moscato from the La Serra estate in the town of Cassine. Grapes planted on mixed soils with clay and limestone over 3.1ha with vines averaging 30 years. Vinified at low temperature then passed into an autoclave for the 2nd fermentation and then bottling. Sweet and lightly sparkling.

Tasting Note: Aromas of peach and some tropical fruit with sage, white flower on the nose. Sweet with balanced acidity, a creamy texture, slightly sparkling on the palate, racy and fun with lingering candied fruit and elderflower notes.
