Dewa Sansan rice milled down to 60%, grown locally in Tendo by the team at Mitobe Brewery. A sake with aromas of fresh banana, wild strawberry, and mango on the nose. Good breadth on the palate with a rounded texture, fresh acidity, and youthful with a mineral edge on the dry finish.

Inazo is a play on the words, “ine = rice plant” and “zou = elephant” and the nickname of owner & toji Tomonobu Mitobe in his youth. A rice harvest vintage is noted on the label to signify that each year brings different growing conditions and to enjoy and embrace those differences.
