The Flagship sake of Yamagata Masamune. Handcrafted sake pressed gently by a traditional “fune press” after a slow and controlled cold fermentation. Intensely floral and aromatic, suggestive of the namesake of the sake “fuyo”, a type of
lotus flower, while dry and crisp on the palate due to hard water.
