Les Beurys et Les Secs Grand Cru

An expression of Pinot Noir from the vineyard of Les Beurys with a very small amount of fruit from the Les Secs, both in Ambonnay and very close to each other. Vinification fully in oak with no malolactic fermentation. Dosage is a low 2 grams per litre.

Tasting Note: A complex bouquet of ripe cherries, raspberry with mineral notes of crushed stone and chalk. Great tension and finesse with aromatic fruit nuances on the finish.
