Les Beurys Macération Grand Cru

Eric’s single parcel expression of Pinot Noir is from the chalky vineyard of Les Beurys in Ambonnay, which has approximately a vine age of 35 years. Blanc de Noirs with the base wine fermented in oak, no malolactic fermentation, and a dosage of 3 grams per litre.

Tasting Note: Aromas of apricot, yellow plum, wild strawberry, currants with hints of spice, brioche, and white flower on the nose. Rich with great concentration on the palate, a juicy fruit core with a mineral edge, fine and delicate mousse, bright acidity, great depth, and a long and spicy finish.
