Les Beurys Macération Grand Cru Rosé
Eric’s single parcel expression of a Pinot Noir rosé from the chalky vineyard of Les Beurys in Ambonnay with a vine age of approx. 35 years old. Saignée method with maceration for 3 days, the base wine fermented in oak, no malolactic fermentation, and a dosage of 2 grams per litre.
Tasting Note: Candied cherries, redcurrant, blackberry on the nose lead to a juicy, saline, chalky, round, palate that is very charming but pure and fresh.
