Chardonnay from the tiny south-facing 0.12ha parcel of La Haute Lemblé in Celles-Sur-Ource. This parcel was planted in 2002 with five different massale selection clones of Chardonnay. Only the first press juice used, crushed by foot, fermented in tank with indigenous yeast. Maturation on lees for 38 months, no dosage. Very limited in production.
