Côteaux Bourguignons Pivoine

Mostly Pinot Noir (90%) with a splash of Gamay Noir. Vinified in whole bunches in neutral vats, very minimal sulphur & intervention in its elevage. Pivoine is “Peony” in English.

Tasting Note: Aromas of raspberry, cranberry, red currant, and strawberry with hints of spice, violets, and stone mineral on the nose. Fresh and light on the palate with a red-fruited core, vibrant acidity, a fine layer of tannin for texture, and hints of spice on the finish.
