Grüner Veltliner from a south-facing, terraced parcel within the Loibenberg vineyard near the village of Unterloiben. Loess soils over a Gneiss bedrock, vines average 28 years, generally warmest of the single vineyards. Vinified in stainless steel and old cask, aged 6-8 months on lees.

Tasting Note: Aromas of lemon, apple, peach with hints of ginger, stone mineral on the nose. Full-bodied with a creamy texture on the palate, ripe fruit core & mineral notes, freshly balanced acidity, long finish with hints of spice.
