Daiginjo
九頭龍 大吟醸
Goyhakumangoku milled down to 50%, grown locally within Fukui. Clean and well balanced with notes of melon, pear, apple and earthy elements of nut paste, mushroom, and grain. Rich on the palate with a rounded texture and dry on the finish. Matured in the cellar before release, a daiginjo that stands up well when warmed (up to 45C). Can also be enjoyed chilled.
