Yamadanishiki milled down to 40%, grown in Hyogo. Crisp and balanced with notes of apple, melon,  banana, white flower, and fresh mint, on the nose. Broad with good richness with a beautifully drying finish. Refined with superb balance. Enjoy chilled.
