仙禽 クラシック仙禽 亀の尾

Brewed using Kamenoo rice, one of the few pure rice strains left in Japan, this sake is also brewed using the traditional Kimoto method. Very well structured with minerality and rich aromas. A hint of sweetness and refined acidity make the sake very pleasant.
