Kimoto method, muroka (non-charcoal filter), genshu (undiluted) and pasteurized in the bottle rather than a large tank, which allows the sake to be cooled quickly after pasteurization to preserve its delicate nuances. A flagship sake for Senkin Brewery. Delicate and refined, a pure sake that showcases the rice umami beautifully. Serve chilled and enjoy the changes in flavour as it gets above and around 15 Celsius.
