This is a limited edition sake called “Muu”, a word expressing “nothingness” and ”presence” at the same time. It is brewed with 100% organic Tamasakae rice that is pesticide-free rice made by local rice farmers. Aged for approximately 1.5 years at the brewery to create complexity and savouriness. A beautiful expression of locality and intention working in harmony.
