Vidonia VP

100+ year old Listan Blanco from 2 parcels within the single vineyard Las Suertes, where soils are volcanic with some clay and sand, trained on the traditional Cordon Trenzado method. Hand harvested and carefully pressed in a pneumatic press. Natural fermentation and matured in new 500L Stockinger oak barrels for 11 months prior to bottling.

VP stands for, “vinedos propios,” or own vineyards, this line started in 2020 from Jonathan Garcia Lima’s love for barrel fermented whites from Burgundy.
