Lorcher Krone Riesling

Riesling from the single vineyard of Krone in the town of Lorch. Vines average 40-60 years grown on grey slate with a chalky subsoil. Vinified in stainless steel (partial spontaneous ferment) with 7 months on lees. 

Tasting Note: Aromas of ripe lemon, clementine with crushed stone, salty mineral, spice on the nose. Generous, fresh, and rich on the palate, a ripe fruit core but also plenty of mineral, vibrant acidity, great depth and tension on the long finish. Dry.
