Funsanomai rice is milled to 65%, grown naturally and chemical-free in Isumi city where the brewery is located. This sake is crafted using a 1 stage fermentation process (ichi-dan jikomi). 

This is the AFS junmai sake that now sees 6 months in a used white wine barrel, then further matured for 18 months before release.

Very unique, layered and complex, not your typical sake, enjoy slightly chilled or at room temperature in a wine glass.
