This sake was brewed in 1996 and aged in sake tanks for over 20 years before release. Amber/golden in colour with a hint of raisin and nuts on the nose with balanced sweetness and acidity. Complex, rich, yet clean, this sake pairs well with bold dishes or can be enjoyed as digestif.
