Domaine Eblin-Fuchs
Zellenberg
Domaine Eblin Fuchs began in 1956 with the marriage of 2 wine-producing families, Eblin and Fuchs. Situated in the town of Zellenberg, overlooking the plains of Alsace. The area benefits from a sunny, dry microclimate and the rich soils of the Ribeauville region. Since the 2000s, all 11ha of the vineyards are farmed with an organic and now biodynamic approach, with several high-quality sites: Rosacker, Muelforst, and Mandelberg. Gentle work in the cellar is performed with manual harvests, use of indigenous yeasts, lees aging, and use of old oak for aging. Brothers José Henri and Christian Fuchs seek to produce authentic wines showcasing the diversity of the Alsace terroir.
